• Wednesday 7 January: Poster and event list published – see “Winter 2026” in main menu above
• Monday 12 January: Entry System Opens – club entry secretaries please email if you need a reminder of your access information
• Wednesday 11 February: Entry system closes at 11pm (Note: This is a week earlier than usual due to volunteer unavailability during school holidays (w/c 16 February))
• Thursday 12 to Saturday 14 February: Event moves for crews with no competition
• Tuesday 17 February: All invoices to be paid by 5pm
• Wednesday 18 February: Final event information published – see Marshalling and RaceInfo in main menu above
• Wednesday 18 February: Entry system reopens for crew scratches and changes
• Saturday 28 February and Sunday 1 March: Let’s race!
